Pinney’s of Orford Smokehouse

As a food photographer, I am fascinated not only by the taste and look of food, but also where it comes from. I contacted Pinney’s of Orford to ask if I could photograph their traditional smokehouse. I was delighted when Bill Pinney gave up so much of his time to not only show me where the fish, oysters and prawns are smoked, but he also took me out to see how they farm the oyster beds!
